Rockdale County Public Schools celebrated the Thanksgiving season with performances, food drives, and of course, food! RCPS school nutrition employees brought the holiday spirit to their schools by preparing and serving a full Thanksgiving meal for lunch on Nov. 12-13. Lorraine Elementary Kindergarteners held musical performance celebrating the first Thanksgiving. This was performed at LES’s Night at the Museum on Nov. 10, which showcased lessons in history, math, science, social studies and more integrated through the arts.
