eMetro Times is proud to present the 2nd Annual Home and Garden Expo on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at the Georgia International Horse Park. With almost 4,000 people attending last year’s event, huge crowds are expected this year as local businesses within the community provide their expertise and showcase their products and services.
For the second year in a row, Georgia Gardener Walter Reeves will present at the expo. As the star of WSB’s Lawn and Garden Show, which is Atlanta’s best source of weekly gardening information, Walter Reeves is the morning’s main attraction. He writes a popular weekly column of garden tips in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Living Section, has hosted PBS’ Gardening in Georgia television show, and is also the author of several books.
“The 2017 expo is one of the best ways for our community to have access to home and garden experts. We are pleased to support the expo as an elite sponsor this year. At High Priority Plumbing, we make our customers our priority and we understand the need to connect them to the resources that the expo provides,” said Paulette Simpson of High Priority Plumbing.
The expo is a great opportunity for homeowners, property managers, investors, and others interested in home and garden services to connect with local businesses while learning about industry topics. At the expo, the public will be able to hear from a variety of presenters and meet with vendors. Residential service companies like High Priority Plumbing, Renewal by Andersen, Taylor Construction, and Nite Time Décor by Grant Lawn will be exhibiting.
With 30,000 square feet of exhibiting space, attendees will find vendors for interior and exterior residential services as well as for insurance, financing, realty, and more. Many vendors will also have plants and other products for sale.
In addition to programs and vendor exhibits, kid-friendly activities will be provided throughout the day. “We want to bring a fun-filled event like this to our community and we’re amazed by the amount of support that we have received. It just goes to show how much events like this are needed in the east Atlanta area,” said Allie Young, publisher and owner of eMetro Times.
eMetro Times is thankful to the major sponsors who are helping to bring this event to our community. The major sponsors are High Priority Plumbing, Country Financial, Inspect-All Services, Newton Federal Bank, and Still Lumber.
